Achievements
Shannon earned her Master’s Degree in Education Counseling and worked as a Teacher and Counselor in the public school system for over fourteen years before traveling the country as a Professional Speaker.
She has been singing professionally since she was 18 and has seamlessly blended her success as a national recording artist into all her events. She has had charting songs on national radio, performed with the Houston Symphony, and has appeared at Carnegie Hall.
Shannon is also an award-winning author and a contributing writer for numerous magazines and websites including Focus on the Family magazine, Brio magazine, Charisma magazine, Crosswalk.com, iBelieve.com, and Beliefnet.com, among many others.
Her latest book “Grace and Guts: Strategies for Living a Knock-out Life,” became a #1 Amazon best-seller in two categories. Her third book “Stand: Staying Balanced with Answers for Real Teen Life.” has been given a “Readers’ Favorite” Award in the Christian Living Category.
Statement of Faith
Our Statement of Faith affirms core Christian beliefs: salvation through Jesus Christ, the infallibility of the Bible, and the importance of baptism. We embrace spiritual gifts and unity in Christ, supporting believers regardless of race, age, or denomination. We eagerly await Christ’s return and the transformation of our bodies to be like His glorious body, for eternal life with Him.

We believe that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ,” for there is no other name under heaven given to man by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

We believe that the Bible is the infallible Word of God and is useful for “teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness”. (2 Timothy 3:16)

We believe in water baptism, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus, as the way for believers to identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. (Matthew 3:13-17)

We believe we have “different kinds of gifts but the same Spirit.” (1 Corinthians 12:4)

We believe we are “all one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:29) when we commit our lives to Christ, and we support and encourage believers in Christ Jesus regardless of race, age, denomination or ethnicity.

In our statement of faith, we believe that “our citizenship is in heaven and we eagerly await a Savior from there the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables Him to bring everything under His control, will transform our lowly bodies so they will be like His glorious body” (Philippians 3:21) and that we will be with the Lord forever. (1 Thessalonians 4:17)
